- How many years does the licence agreement run?
- Is there an age limit on vans staying on the pitch?
- Can I be asked to move pitch, and who pays?
- What are the rules on selling privately?
- Can I see the full written agreement before paying anything?
About using it
- How long is the holiday season, exactly?
- Is subletting allowed, and on what terms?
- Are dogs allowed, and how many?
- Are there quiet hours or adults-only areas?
- What happens to facilities out of season?
Never decide on the day
