Side-by-side research

Compare holiday parks on the things that actually cost money

Choose 2 to 4 parks and see their published information beside each other. We only compare facts the operator publishes or that we have checked ourselves. Where something is not published, we say so rather than guessing.

Add parks to compare

Parks you have saved are added automatically. You can add or remove any park here.

Select at least 2 parks to see the side-by-side table. You can also browse the park buyer guides or open your saved shortlist.

How to read this

What a comparison can and cannot tell you

  • Published prices are starting points for a particular model or stock position, not the cost of the caravan you will be shown.
  • Site fees are the figure most likely to change. Compare the exact pitch, not the park average, and ask for five years of history.
  • Season length decides how much of the year the purchase is usable, which quietly changes the cost per usable week.
  • Facilities lists come from the operator. Which ones are free for owners is a separate question worth asking.
  • Where an operator does not publish a figure, we record it as not published rather than estimating it.

Put your shortlist through the numbers

A side-by-side table narrows the field. The true ownership cost calculator shows what each option costs across the years you expect to own it, including site-fee increases, running costs and likely resale.

Everything shown is a dated research snapshot of publicly available information, not a live sales feed. Prices, fees, promotions and availability change. Confirm every figure in a dated written quotation before paying a deposit.
